Patrick Madden


Patrick has a MBA degree from University of Toronto and began his career as researcher/evaluator in the Ontario Ministry of Correctional Services, leading a number of large complex projects and ultimately heading the Evaluation Unit. He held a number of management and executive roles with responsibility for evaluation, planning and performance measurement, budgeting, agency relations; as well a direct operational roles. These roles covered several key government sectors including justice, education, labour adjustment and health.

Over the last few years, in addition to paid consulting work, he have provided pro-bono consulting services to a number of Toronto area not-for-profit organizations. He has led or assisted strategic planning efforts for COSTI, SAFSS, CASSA, The York Centre and the College Montrose Children’s Place (CMCP). He has also done organizational development consulting work for Delisle Children’s Services and the Elizabeth Fry Society. He is currently on the Board of CMCP where he will take on the role of Vice Chair in June of this year.
